Hi, just wonder if anyone has experience using Open Space London for their extension and refurb work? It looks like that they have an all-in-one model, they do design and build themselves, not a contractor, which sounds straight forward and cost efficient. What's your view?

Have not used them but really happy with the builder company we used, they specialise in lofts and extensions so not sure about the "refurb" but their website is www.addspaceprojects.co.uk - our building manager was a lovely chap called John Gidera or Guidera
