This reply may be a little late. We accepted a place at Noddy's a couple of weeks before getting an offer at GH. We were disappointed as GH was our first preference. We are now at Noddy's and have been unhappy with a few things. First of all an email was circulated to parents a couple of weeks ago informing us all of staff problems - high turnover and disgruntlement. This was news to us! The solution - an increase in fees outside the terms of the prospectus which shall apply from 1 September. I wrote to Noddy's and it took almost two weeks to receive an acknowledgement of my email. Still no full response or explanation. In addition to this, I have just dropped my daughter off for her first day and been told her key carer isn't in. This could have been communicated to us earlier and we would have changed her first day to a date when her key carer was in. So far, not so good. Feeling pretty anxious and unhappy.
