Im returning to work in September and wanted to know if there is anyone who can advice me on the Legal changes from 30th June regarding flexible working hours.

Hi

Im an independent HR Specialist so have dealt with flexible working requests in the past. Happy to have a chat or you can email me any questions you have. Basically though, you have a right to ask for flexible working hours and your employer can accept or refuse. If they do refuse then they have to give you a clear and reasonable business or operational reason for declining your request.
