Building site next to Alderbrook school?

Does anyone know what they are building next to Alderbrook school? My daughter has been given a place there and am wondering what they are building next door? Of course this is the not only consideration to choose the school. Thanks

Hi - I believe they are building flats but don't know anything more about it
