Removal company

Postby Giggles » Fri Jun 26, 2015 1:31 pm

Anyone had experience with 'A Gentleman and a van' or 'Burke and Wills.' ?
A man from Burke and Wills came round to do a quote, and despite me telling him not to go into a bedroom, went into the room where my 9 month son was napping to do a full inspection for a quote. This made me quite angry, but wouldn't judge a company by that alone.
Thoughts?

I've used Burke and Wills three times in recent years and they've always been excellent. They can't quote if they don't go into every room to check the furniture so I think you may have been judging them rather harshly. Maybe you should have scheduled them for a time when he wasn't napping?!
