Hi - we are looking for an estate agent to find tenants for our property after we move to a new place and were after recommendations. At the moment we've only been given horror stories of agents to avoid!

Without hesitation, I recommend Melissa and Rachel from Hamptons Balham. Having met with scores of Estate Agents, I felt Melissa and Rachel were the only ones who actually listened to what we needed. I implore you to just call them for a chat to get a feel for them. The first tenants they recommended are still with us 2 years later. I couldn't have asked for better tenants and that was solely down to Rachel matching our mutal needs.

I cannot recommend Christian Walker and Kenny Foster from Urban Lettings enough. They are a small firm that don't cost the earth. They offer a friendly, no hassle, honest advice and service.
