We have a choice of two lovely, spacious flats in Ritherdon Road, Balham available in mid September fully furnished. One is a 3 bedroom garden flat with off street parking and the other is a 4 bedroom upstairs flat. The only potential issue is that at some point in the next few months the house containing the two flats will have to go on the market to be sold. You would have a minimum of 2 months notice obviously but the rental period would be for between 3-12 months.
