Hoping someone can help.....
We spent a lot of money on a side return extension a couple of years ago and it seems the original building firm (a big name) took an 'unconventional' approach which has left us with contestant leaks and problems- we are now out of their guarantee period.
As we have been badly burnt, I would like genuine recommendations only from real customers for a builder who could do the repairs needed, as well as a few other snagging jobs. I am desperate to get the house watertight before the winter.
Many thanks- it's so stressful when you realise a big job hasn't been done properly!
