Plant One on Me - a six week plant based nutrition and wellness workshop helping you discover what it means to really be healthy, with nutritionist and wellness advocate, Laura Thomas PhD

So maybe you've tried a bunch of diets; you've given up gluten and tried a juice cleanse, you've gone Paleo and ditched refined sugar but you still don't feel healthy. Maybe you're stuck in a rut of counting calories and furiously logging everything you eat on MyFitnessPal until you're so hungry you go on a 3 day food bender. Maybe you just feel a bit meh and not the best version of yourself.

I get it, I've been there too. Ultimately, none of these faddy things work, which is why I developed Plant One On Me. Over the course of this six week plan you can expect to get schooled on how to ‘plantify’ your diet with nutrient-packed whole, plant foods and how to keep these changes going over the long-term so you can continue to look and feel your very best, even when you’re shot of me!
I’ll be adding in some next-level health tips that will help you deal with stress, and help you keep your chill when the **** hits the fan. At the end of the six weeks, you’ll feel like a whole new you!

We'll get to the bottom of the whole gluten free/Paleo/sugar thing, using actual science. We'll talk about why restricting calories is a trap, and the biology behind why that will always lead to stuffing your face (and how there's a much better way that doesn't involve depriving yourself). We'll get into the nitty gritty of plant based nutrition. But more than that, I'll teach you how build your own meal plan using recipes that taste amazing, suit your budget, and your schedule. I'll help you figure out how to deal with this whole plant based thing when you're out in social situations, and when people ask weird questions or get judgey about your choices. We'll talk about how to make it work when you're eating out and travelling (spoiler, you don't need to eat a sad plate of salad with iceburg lettuce). Then we'll layer on next level things to help support you on your healthy journey, because getting to grips with food is great, but it's just the beginning.

If you want to:

Find out what it really means to be healthy
Feel more energised - all day long - to do the things you really love
Look your best - brights eyes, clear skin, strong hair and nails
Change your relationship with food - no more eating your emotions!
Balance your weight out to its natural set point
Stabilize blood sugar levels - no more 3pm crashes at your desk
Power your workouts and shorten your recovery time
Be the best, most badass version of you...

Then this is the plan for you...

But more importantly, more and more scientific evidence indicates that diets high in plant based foods reduce the risk of several chronic diseases; some cancers, type 2 diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer’s, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular diseases like heart attacks and stroke. And my goal isn't just to make you healthy right now, but to keep you healthy always! And if you are trying to get pregnant, want to maintain a healthy pregnancy, or you're a new mum who wants to get her sparkle back, then you could really benefit from these workshops.

So what exactly do you get in these workshops?
