nanny needed for week in new york

Hello

my partner is going to work in New York for 6 weeks and we will join him for 3 of those weeks. We will be staying in triBeca and I will need to work for some of the time.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to hire a nanny for a week for an almost 2 year old? Also if anyone has any suggestions of activities to do in the area I would be grateful. Looks like it will be a bit cold for many outdoor activities.

Does anyone know if there is a nappy valley type site covering New York?

Hello eyprofessional,
I think it would be rather expensive to hire someone and take them with me as I would then need to pay for their flights and accommodation in addition to their pay.
I was hoping someone might recommend an agency to use in New York, there must be plenty in the city. I have found a couple online but thought it would be useful to get a recommendation.
