Hibernating is for hedgehogs!
This Winter get outside and join us at our outdoor playgroup on Hounslow Heath. This ten week community project is possible thanks to funding from the Near Neighbours Grant.
Nature Neighbours is an opportunity for children aged four and under and their grown ups to enjoy being outside, playing, learning and making new friends.
Each week our Leaders will prepare outdoor play activities for you and your child to enjoy together at our specially agreed site.
Sessions are run by Heidi and Grace who are: qualified teachers, Forest School Leaders and 1st aiders. You and your children will be in expert hands for our morning together.
When and where?
We meet under the huge Dragonfly at the Hounslow Heath Carpark
Every Wednesday from 20th January - 23rd March 2016
10:00 - 12:00
Who is welcome?
We welcome all children aged under five. Your children will need to be supervised by you at all times. For this reason, we do not suggest you bring any more than two children and a baby per adult.
*our 1/2 term session on 17th February is open to under 5's and their school aged brothers and sisters
What shall we wear?
Wrap up warm and dress for the outdoors. You will need:
a coat
lots of warm layer
a hat
gloves
scarf
warm boots or an insole inside wellie boots
Cost
£1 per family payable on arrival.
Inlcuding:
Snacks and hot drinks for everyone
Use of our specilist kit
Waterproof over trousers for children
