I am looking for an office administrator / PA to assist me and my team in our Northcote Road office.
The role is extremely varied especially due to our involvement with various community projects including the organising of the Summer fete and Christmas market. Applicants must have flawless attention to detail, be impeccably presented, maintain class leading levels of customer service and have the ability to work through things themselves rather than constantly having to be told what to do. Huge dollops of common sense are an absolute must!!
The team in our Northcote Road office all live locally and understand what makes our little corner of SW London special. The office atmosphere is vibrant and fun but we always put the customer first, so it is important that the applicant fits the team as well as being able to do the job. The office only opened four years ago but is already the third highest revenue producer in the company and was 61% over budget last year. We are definitely an office that's 'going places' so the candidate can expect plenty of potential career progression as well.
Hours are Monday to Friday 08.45 - 18.00 but we also need very occasional help with sponsorship events in evenings or on weekends (lieu days will be given to reflect this time).
