Mum & Baby Yoga is a fun, enjoyable and accessible way to bond, have fun and relax with your baby, as well as aid your post-natal recovery.
In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, you will learn yoga-based movements & postures that will support the natural physical and cognitive development of your baby, help you regain strength and energy, and help relieve tension, stress and tiredness.
Through this class, you will also pick up tips and techniques to support your new life with a baby, whether that's different ways to hold and carry your baby, fun rhymes and movements where you can share a smile or laugh with your baby, or relaxation techniques you can use at any time for a bit of calmness in a busy or stressful day.
Classes run on Mondays, 1.45pm to 2.45pm from 22 Feb until 21 March 2016
Venue: Pavillion Clubhouse and Cafe, Richmond/Kew (nearest stations Kew Gardens or North Sheen). Safe space to leave your buggy.
Suitable for babies from 10 weeks to mobile (crawling, shuffling, etc!)
No prior experience of yoga necessary.
The classes are baby-led, so feeding, changing and soothing as each baby requires are all part of the flow of the class.
