Hello,
If this is Steve at Urang, I would highly advice against hiring them. We have recently done a project with them and it was a terrible experience.
Significant delays, bad quality of workmanship, can not recommend at all.

I would NOT recommend them. We hired them to do a house refurb 4 years ago. The project manager left halfway through to work at another company, leaving me to instruct the builders on all matters. The builders had no attention to detail. Two years after the project was finished we had to get someone in to redo a shower as it turned out the tiling was all wrong and water was leaking into the wall. Would never use them again.

I have not heard of them myself but did see a shabby sign in Fulham on Friday and thought it looked a bit 'basic' i had seen your post in the day which made me notice it i guess, We had a full renovation and extension on our flat in Clapham Junction last year and used a company called apt renovation, they were great throughout the project and very knowledgeable with great attention to detail, I personally didn't have a clue as to what i wanted and the processes of doing everything I just new what i wanted interior design wise apt helped throughout and not once made me feel like a complete plonker when i had no idea what they were talking about.

I would advise everyone to give Urang a very wide birth. We were massively disappointed with every stage of an extension project with them - shoddy workmanship, corner-cutting, and a very poor finish (plus plenty of jobs left abandoned) plus a total breakdown of communication (they refused to answer phone calls and emails, project manager Steve could not be persuaded to come to the site and cancelled every meeting). They were unprofessional, uncooperative and unpleasant.
