Be VERY careful if Affleck are working on an adjacent property! They repeatedly failed to adequately protect against falling debris which damaged our glazing and a falling power tool and brick debris fell into our garden where our young child played. It has taken nearly a year for them to repair damage to our property caused by the work and then have now stopped replying to emails. We are being forced to do the remedial work ourselves and will have to recover the cost via the Courts.

I've made a fair few posts on this forum warning people off Affleck after our bad experience with them - in the end they had to re-do a large part of the job, but it was done with much resistance, bad grace and only after we said we were considering legal action.

Can't say I'm surprised, tbh.
