Floor sanding

Any recommendations for companies/sole traders to sand floors? Presume they'll need oiling or waxing too.

I would highly recommend londonwood. We've used them 3 times and friends have used them too. Good price & minimal mess (virtually dust free!).

I can recommend AH Peck based in Putney. They have done wooden floors for me twice now and did a fantastic job both times.
