I know this post is over 3 years old but I have just used this company. Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience. I had to pay more than was quoted for even though he had inspected the property before quoting but more importantly it was the attitude of Peter and the way I was spoken to/dealt with. I questioned the bill and was told that there were unforeseen works that were required & if I didnt pay by 1.30pm he would go back and remove his work.....He then called my tenant and told her I was refusing to pay and he would be coming back that afternoon to remove his work. He then made me out to be some sort of conman trying to rip him off and continued to make remarks against me. I have been a landlord for 14 years and have never experienced this before. one of the things my trades like about me is my prompt payment of invoices.

Update on this company. Just had an electrical report done and ALL work carried out by this company condemned. They installed an RCD which had actually melted and was lucky not to have caused a fire
