help! Need a builder fairly soon for an extension SW17 Post Reply

Hi,
I am planning to have a rear single floor extension into my garden and I am finding it quite challenging to find a reasonable builder whose existing projects I can view in person. I have all permissions in place and I am just waiting for the party wall survey to finish.

I am rather confused due to the massive range in prices. So many builders have told me it is a relatively straight forward job.

I am in Gassiot Road, SW17 and I was hoping to start this month, perhaps in two weeks?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a reasonably priced builder please?

hello,
we used a local firm called PR windows for our extension and cannot fault them. We did view an extension they built before they built ours.

We now have a 4.5m squareish, pitched roof with 2 x velux, bifold door, lights, power, central heating extension total bill around 35k (3 years ago) (we had the tiling installed separately)

Thanks for the tip! Ideally I need someone who can come in and do everything including installing the rather lovely reclaimed wood kitchen I have chosen but I will bear them in mind. Keep the recommendations coming please!
