It seems there service is slipping. They live off their brand but we also had a dreadful experience. Boiler stopped working, evening call out, much teeth sucking and 400 quid later says we need a new one. Quotes us 13k (very unique issues!)
Have someone else round for a second quote, one hour and 90 quid all fixed and working fine. Apparently someone had disconnected the electrics so it wouldn't re-start. Pimlico refuse to accept it was them!
What are my options here? Seems trading standards don't have enough teeth.
