Hello my name is Jemma Louise Saxton and I am looking for a long term, permanent live in nanny position in any area of London. I have live in nanny experience in London previously as well as a year in beautiful sunny Australia. last November I finished a job looking looking after a 3 year old and a 3 months old boy ~ prior to that I looked after 6 month old twins 24/5 care.
I have just finished a job in South London looking after two children aged 2&4.
Here is a little more information about me;
I have 7 years childcare experience ~ 4 as a live in nanny and 3 in a day care nursery.
I am mature reliable and trustworthy I am now working my second 24/5 job in my previous position my employers where both out of the country during the week leaving me in complete sole charge of their two year old.
I am happy with a very sunny disposition I am very easy to get along with as I am very honest and open. I love to laugh and fun with children.
I feel as well as having the essential love and bond between the children and their nanny it's also vitally important for a nanny and their employer to work together and always have an open line of communication as well as trust.
I hold NVQ level 2 in childcare and education as well as first aid and a clean DBS check
I have worked with many different children including multiples, a child with Aspergers syndrome, a family with four beautiful but very lively children as well as babies all way up to children aged 12 years old.
I am willing and confident in all aspects of childcare including potty training and weening through to planning and executing many different activities and excursions I also believe new experiences are essential for a child's development. I think that it's important for children to play outside and meet other children through clubs, classes and play dates as well as children being able to spend time at home enjoying many different activities to help aid their development.
During my 3 years experience in nursery setting ages with children from NB - 8 years I enjoyed planning activities and keeping detailed observations on the children's development and speaking to parents at the end of the day giving them a full feedback on what their child has done throughout the day this is something I bring to all my nanny roles
I also have a love of animals so any pets you may have are not a problem and i will also be happy to walk and feed your little furry friends
I am very easy going and confident i enjoy meeting new people and making new friends
