I have broken the handle mechanism on my bifold door, last time we had a real palaver getting someone to fix it, anyone got a recommendation before I hit google/yellow pages?

If the bi-fold has been installed within the last 10 years by a reputable company, it should be covered through the FENSA scheme, which gives you a 10 years warranty on materials/parts & function. Maybe worth investigating.
We used 1st Folding Sliding window company (020 8997 2448), they came round to fix our lock. The engineer as well as their admin staff were quick, professional & pleasant to deal with. Can't say anything re costs though, as ours was a warranty case. Good luck!
