All our no-nonsense classes are run by Roger Marwood FRCOG, a top London Obstetrician and his daughter, mother of two Rebecca Maberly in a really relaxed and comfortable environment. Having an obstetrician on hand at every session to answers questions is really great and you won't find that anywhere else!

We cover ALL the important subjects and we make sure nothing is embarrassing!

All the classes are designed to educate and support you while giving you confidence for this exciting yet nerve-wracking time in your life.

Discuss everything and anything you like, from birth plans to contractions, with an Obstetrician who has over three decades of experience.

We have 5 evening sessions and 1 daytime breastfeeding session. Husbands and Partners are very welcome to all our sessions.

We provide great refreshments and lots of special touches like a Free Pilates Class, a Mini Hypnotherapy Session and an amazing Goody Bag full of great samples and gifts!

The price for our antenatal course is £400 but we are offering a special price of £330 for anyone who mentions Nappy Valley when they book.

I did this course last summer and can recommend it. We still meet up when we can as a group and in terms of information and preparation for birth we all found it valuable and used various aspects!
