Sorry to hear about this...there was a recent post about understanding your cycle more in relation to diet and certain foods so wondering if this might be useful to address this as well. I definitely feel as I am getting older and post 2 children my period is a lot more unpredictable and I have given up the mini pill as the idea of synthetic hormones didn't sit well with me. I am also very conscious about exercise pre-period as that does seem to help me out. I'm going to do a bit more research on the food topic as I also find that I want to eat a lot more around this time and drink more coffee which generally leaves me feeling grumpy!
