Based in Battersea and founded by Francesca Beauchamp- accredited post natal maternity nurse, sleep training consultant, lactation specialist and infant massage instructor.

Do you feel confused and overwhelmed by the amount of advice on sleep training your little one? I offer practical yet gentle solutions to suit your needs. My sleep training methods are aimed at routine based solutions so are emotionally sound for all involved. My aim when sleep training is that I leave you with the knowledge and confidence to implement the strategies we would have discussed at time of consultation to overcome any bumps in the road. As such I always offer follow on support with all of the various packages I offer.

I have been working with families and their little ones on a professional basis for fourteen years. I have worked with many wonderful families within London and worldwide offering sleep training and maternity services. During my career I have had the pleasure to care for hundreds of babies, countless sets of twins, and a handful of triplets! I specialise in the care of newborn babies up until two years of age offering package based services visiting parents and their babies at home on a consultancy, overnight or weekly basis practising gentle and routine oriented sleep coaching and weaning tutorials. My methods for sleep training are designed around each individual family -as each baby is different in their nature. I do not advocate controlled crying, rather we find a method that is emotionally sound for all involved.

Please do get in touch for an complimentary initial phone consultation to discuss any needs and questions you may have.

Just a quick note to say that I asked Francesca for some advice with my baby when he was 4m old and she was absolutely fantastic! my baby was waking every 1.5 hours but I had no interest in using 'controlled crying' techniques so I felt stuck... she has a very gentle approach and within 3 days he was sleeping through the night - an incredible result. The best part is the 'follow on' advice she offers as any questions can be answered as you implement her suggestions. Would highly recommend - she's amazing!

Hiya, seconded! My 6 month old was waking every hour from midnight then up at 5am. It has been a revelation! We chose the home consultation and literally the whole experience changed our lives. My baby is now sleeping through, it took a week for us to achieve which I thought was pretty good going.

Another vote for Sleeping Bunnies. We had Francesca round in March this year as we were just at a loss with our 6 month old who was waking every hour from around midnight and refusing to sleep for daytime naps -just having an odd half an hour here and there. We needed some serious help and went with the 24hr option and have never looked back since. One week later Niko was waking only once at 10pm for a dream feed and napping like a dream at the new nap times that were suggested. It's been a total game changer for us!
