burst water pipe in front entrance/garden? Post Reply

hello! looks like a pipe going from the house to the street my have burst as the soil is drenched. Anyone has any recommendations for someone to come and have a look/fix it? Presume a plumber but some might be better for exterior work. thanks

If it is the pipe to the street is it not Thames Water's responsibility? I recently had to check their website for similar and there is a helpful diagram that shows which you have to call your own contracter for, and which you need to call them for.

Thanks. Unfortunately they consider it to be my problem since it is withing the boundaries of the property.
