Has anybody employed or does anybody have any experience with a Newly Qualified Norland Nanny? Please could you let me know how you got on? Looking for a live in nanny. Advice much appreciated!

We interviewed 3 girls and they were all amazing however we entered the game later in the process as we didn't get application in as soon as the deadline opened and so by the time they came to us they were all having 2nd/3rd interviews and one even had an over night trial with another family. We didn't realise this at the time nor did we realise how competitive getting one was so we took about a week to mull it over and eventually offered 2 of them jobs. However, sadly in that time they had already been snapped up! Overall experience was very positive and they were very impressive girls but be snappy if you decide you like one!
