my husband and I live in Putney, and we rent out our old flat which is also in Putney. I wondered if anyone might be interested in renting it. I can send photos to anyone who would like, but this is a lovely and very welcoming three double bedroom flat with beautiful managed gardens at the back of the property. It is located in Putney with a 7-8 min walk (or a 2min by bus ride to Putney mainline or East Putney tube). It is beautifully furnished, with big double bedrooms and loads of storage. Due to the nature of the equally sized double bedrooms, it is highly suited to 3 young professionals or a family.

- The flat is just off Putney hill so it is peaceful, but still close to transport links and a great range of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants just down the hill.
- Putney has the wonderful outdoor spaces of Putney Heath, the river and Richmond Park
- Buses to the stations stop just across the road and go every 2mins. Also routes into Central London / Clapham / Kingston / Richmond etc
- For drivers, it is conveniently located for the A3 for a fast route out of London to the south / west
