Hi
We are looking for a nanny (with some PA roles) for our three boys, details are as follows:
Days: Monday – Friday (Fridays would be on an ad-hoc basis and usually limited to when one parent is travelling)
Hours: Hours: Term time set hours are 1pm – 7pm. But may be required to work between 8.30am and 6pm on an ad-hoc basis during term time).
School holidays hours 8.30am – 6pm (as required)
Children: Three boys aged 8 (Jan), 5 (April) and 3 (Oct) currently all at the same school between 8.50am – 3pm
Location: House in SW18 (Wandsworth)
Start: 10 October 2017
Salary: £21,000 per annum gross
Duties include (but not limited to):
Pick up children from school between 3 – 3.15pm (three separate pick up times at the same local school) No driving required
Take them to their organised after-school activities (tennis, swimming, Taekwondo on various days of the week) - Some driving required (car provided)
Occasional playdate at home with one or more other children
Make snacks for the kids after school
Make a cooked dinner for the kids
Helping kids with homework, reading, writing etc.
Kids laundry (washing and putting away – no ironing)
Organisation and upkeep of children’s rooms, toys and play areas
Planning activities and outings during school holidays when the family is in London, at least one months notice will be given if holiday cover will not be required
Occasional international travel with the family is required
PA duties include keeping on top of any admin related to school and children’s extra curriculum activities, booking kids dentist, optician, doctors appointments, running household errands (dry cleaning, post office), some shopping (food, kids clothes, presents for birthday parties etc.), helping to keep the household running especially if a parent is travelling
Attributes required:
Must be very organised
Flexible as hours during the morning are not set
Full, clean driving license
A fluent English speaker
Have basic IT skills
Written references are essential
CRB check, child care or teaching experience is advantageous
