Good cleaner/housekeeper required sw17, Wandsworth common Post Reply

Hi all
Am struggling to find a good cleaner/housekeeper. I’d like someone pro-active who moves things and tidies to clean rather than flicks a wet cloth around them!
I used to have a brilliant lady who’s had to return to Brazil.
Have tried a couple since who were sloppy with the basics: forgets to mop floors, forgets to clean microwave, forgets to empty dishwasher etc. Fine if it happens occasionally but not every week even after pointing it out politely!

Any recommendations gratefully appreciated.
