We are a loving and fun family looking for a caring, experienced and professional live in nanny for our two children (a boy and a girl) from November 2017. The role will be full time and the hours will be 8am-7pm.
Our son is 9 years old and attends school between 9am and 3.30pm and our daughter is 4 and she goes to a local nursery for 3 hours a day during the week and will be in school from September next year. We also do an after school share (2 days a week) with a 10 year old girl.
Ideally we would like someone with a recognised UK nanny qualification, fluent English and with experience of looking after more than 1 child with ages from 1 year onwards, an enhanced Level DBS check and First Aid qualification. It would be great if you are Ofsted Registered or willing to be (we are happy to cover the costs). However we are very much focused on finding the right person over and above qualifications and someone who will integrate as part of the family. The position is long term and once both children are in school fulltime, we would like the nanny to take on some housekeeping responsibilities and be willing to help with light housework, although we will have a weekly cleaner.
We are looking for a nanny because our current live-in nanny is sadly leaving us after 3 years.
We live on Clapham Common Northside and as a live in nanny, you will be provided with a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, your own TV and free access to wifi. The pay package will be competitive depending on experience. A full job brief is available.
