Wanted: Group 1 car seat - seat belt fix

Postby AS16 » Sat May 05, 2018 1:47 pm

Hi,

Looking for a Group 1 car seat that can be attached safely with seat belts. We're travelling next month and will be hiring a car to drive around, so looking for something that we can carry relatively easily and without needing a base.

Also, if anyone has suggestions on portable / travel car seats or any brands or links to buy first-hand too, these would be very welcome!

Thank you!

We have a Maxi Cosi cabrio fix. It is used but in decent condition. Happy to part with it for £20.

Thanks a lot for your reply Kat. Just checked and it seems the Cabriofix is a group 0 car seat (baby)? I'm looking for something for 18month and above.

Thanks anyway!

hello, I have a Britax Marathon green car seat (2015). Barely used (we don't have a car and like you used it on trips), it has clips to attach or you can thread the seat belt through. We also have a Travel Babeez car seat cover if you ever need to check the car seat on the airplane. There is no base on the car seat, I'd sell for £50 if you are interested.
