Hello! Does anyone know why this is not open considering the incredible weather and the hot kids?

Lack of funds apparently... because they don't make a bean from all of the festivals that we have to put up with every year.

I am a member of the Friends of Clapham Common, and we had George Irwin the owner of the family-generational fun fair operator tell us that Lambeth Council turned down his offer to restore the paddling pool in exchange for a fair event near that area. He believed it was political decision about "events" and that Lambeth didn't want to set precedent for a barter-type deal, rather than a cash-exchange. Krishna S.

Same with Tooting Lido, their paddling pool is also closed...we were there on Saturday in the scorchio weather and I was told it had been closed all week...not sure why? They sectioned off the main pool for the children, but they would have enjoyed the paddling pool more....
