We are looking to replace our current fireplace with a more modern yet still traditional style gas fire. Does anyone know any local showrooms? We have looked at Chesneys and also been recommended a place in Teddington but surely there must be somewhere more local? Strangely our chimney sweep, who also fits fires couldn't think of anywhere locally.

We bought ours (a good few years ago) from Grate Expectations in (south?) Wimbledon - was half the price of Chesneys & I don't think anyone could tell the difference!!

Thank you, I will certainly check them out. Have heard Chesneys have South London market "sewn up" so I am keen to find a smaller supplier.
