Half Term Mandarin Activity Camp for school-aged language and culture explorers (read more).

Youngstars’ Halloween-themed Half Term Holiday Camps will be across the neighbourhood with games, sports and arts and crafts (read more).

Yellowbird Education’s 7+, 8+ and 11+ October Half Term workshops will help with preparation for the January exams (read more).

Interiors in Art is this morning’s subject at Fresh Ground with art Historical London.  Grab a coffee and go hear about how we can see the development of interior design through paintings (read more).

Tomorrow sees the Putney Charity Pop-Up in aid of the Grenfell families so head SW15 way for some shopping from local independent brands, great raffle prizes and the chance to contribute to help those affected by the tragedy (read more).

There’s a free Baby Sensory & Music Class at Broomwood Methodist Church tomorrow with sessions for both crawlers and walkers (read more).

Children’s Therapies have posted details of their new small Speech and Language therapy groups starting in November in Tooting, ideal for children who would benefit from extra support to develop their language and communication skills.  First session free! (read more)

Wandsworth Artists’ Open House weekends start in early October, the chance to wend your way from creative house to creative house, admiring art from jewellery to textiles, photography and painting.  Sprout Arts in Furzedown has a free exhibition including personalised contemporary artwork (read more).

Dee Light Bakery on Ritherdon Road is now doing pizza on Friday and Saturday evenings!!  Eat in or take away with delicious, thin and crispy hemp stone-baked square pizzas.  Bravissimo! (read more)
