I still have spaces for the workshop this Saturday if anyone is interested! It is a small group, no previous experience needed. I promise you won’t get bored, even if you’ve tried your hand at baking before. Lunch is included.

Hi all.

There was a post here this week about a screw in a loaf of bread - here’s the perfect antidote. If you want to learn how to bake your own bread and know exactly what is in it, please come join my next workshop.

I’m a local mum and I’ve recently started doing bread workshops from my home near Wandsworth Common. My next workshop is coming up on December 7th, 10am - 2pm. It’s a lovely chilled morning of learning how to make bread, demystifying the process and teaching you tricks on how to fit it round a busy lifestyle. A lovely little time out for busy mums, and you’ll learn a skill for life as an additional bonus! Lunch is included and you’ll get all the recipes plus bread you’ve made ready to take home for the weekend. On previous workshops we’ve made brown bread, focaccia, seeded rolls, pizza dough, no knead loaf and raisin and cinnamon rolls. As this is my last one before Christmas there will also be lots of ideas for Christmas entertaining.
