Way back before the internet our neighbours had a loud party and we found that a stiff letter to the Guardian (copying in the Times, just in case) did the trick. I wonder if that still works? :roll:

Have you gone on holiday and left your teenager at home in Lysias Road? They have been SO loud for the past two nights, particularly on Monday when they were up shouting, playing music, drinking until the early hours.
