Regardless of how aggressive the other driver was there is never justification for ramming a car like that. He could of just let them drive off or drive off himself - very scary that it actually came to this!

Are they looking for witnesses/ is this an ongoing issue. Would be more than happy to help the van driver if he’s in any kind of ‘trouble’ for this. He wasn’t in the wrong IMO

The police need to be aware of your witness report to the earlier altercation. The van driver needs all the help he can get after being attacked by these thugs. If you havent done so already, can I urge you to contact the officers investigating this crime.

Looks like reasonable defence to me if threatened with a knife.

I've noticed the drug dealers now like to get driven around by their girlfriends these days but to have a kid in the back as well ain't great. I hope social services have been contacted.

Shocking footage has emerged of an altercation between a car and a van on Battersea Park Road on Friday, November 2.

The video shows a van driving onto the wrong side of the road and crashing into a black car. The passengers of the car, including a child quickly get out.

The occupants of the car smashed the van with weapons. The police arrested the van driver, the driver of the car and his passenger and have released them under investigation.
