I have been using Kasia's cleaning service for an elderly relative for around three years now. Kasia herself has been most helpful and understanding of the needs of an older person. She is very easy to deal with, friendly and personable and tries her utmost to meet her clients' requirements. We have had two different cleaners over this time, both very good. One in particular, Joanna, I would describe as outstanding in both the care and attention to her work and her attitude towards my relative.

The cleaner always comes on time and does a good job. If my regular cleaner is not available Kasia arranges a replacement. On the days when I want to cancel the visit this is also done without a problem and I am always being invoiced correctly.
