Hi Emma,

Im a personal trainer based in Richmond, I have a gym at my flat that i use with clients, or i am mobile and come to peoples flats or parks nearby, i have already trained a couple for there wedding based in Queens Park and she lost two dress sizes and it was genuinly one of the most rewarding experiences of my fitness career.

I have am instagram that i use for my work and some personal stuff at instagram/CCervoni where you can see some videos and lots of transformational pics.

Im new to this but it was actually one of my clients who messaged me saying you had posted so maybe this is too late but if not id love to hear more from you.

Regards

Hi Emma,

Congratulations! I used a PT called Nina last year, she was lovely and helped get me into shape. Her number is 07553 748721. Hope it helps. Best of luck!

Hi
I am looking for some fairly intensive personal training over the next two months - ideally looking at 3 days training a week for 4-6 week period, I'm based in Putney/Roehampton and looking for someone who can do 45 min slot from 7am-745am near to my house. Personal recommendations appreciated.
Thanks
Emma
