It's working now - the list is twice as long and I see all of it now!!! Tks

Hmm that's v odd? What handset are you on?

I have 13 different sections on my conversations drop down. I have sent to the tech team to see what is going on.

So sorry 😅 Will get back to you once I have an answer.
