It is actually the only Weblink that the council has approved. No spam.
It is a vital route due to the delays shown by it's closure. I can attach photos if needed.
I am very sorry to hear about the accident but these are caused by bad driving not roads. And unfortunately accidents happen everywhere.

This form/website mentioned above generates spam messages which cannot be legitimately traced by the Council, so they will be ignoring all of them. Please do not waste your time completing.

Please note Harwood Terrace is NOT a vital hospital route to the local hospital. It is over a mile away and there are at least ten routes for all residents.

Also a pregnant lady was knocked over on the street before it was closed as a result of the dangerous traffic levels before closure.

Also the closure of Harwood Terace will have a barrier access for emergency vehicles should they need to pass through.

Traffic Mayhem in Fulham

Hammersmith and Fulham Council have recently decided to close Harwood Terrace SW6 to traffic for a 6 month trial period with the intention of a possible permanent closure.
Whilst it must be lovely for the 20 or so residents of HT it has become a nightmare for everyone else. Massively increased traffic, pollution and general chaos for car users and pedestrians alike. It just doesn't seem fair.
If anyone is affected by the closure, even if infrequently please sign the following webform
www.sw6traffic.co.uk
Harwood Terrace is an important access road to residents' nearest hospital and Chelsea and Central Fulham.
