I would say you pay until Poland opens its borders and wondering if she would have 2 weeks self isolation on return?
It could also depend on her rent paying here?

The bottom line that I see is that if you can afford it, see her financially safe which needs an open discussion?
It's so hard if the alternative is somebody who can't get going again.

Hi, just a quick question. We have been paying our cleaner in full since just before lockdown. She is still in Poland with no indication of when she is coming back. Do you think I can cut her pay to 50%? (She cleans in a primary school in the afternoon so I had thought she would be back by 1st June to do that but it does not look like it)
