Hi! I would consider the role, depending on the hours and responsibilities. Also what ages are the children? If you could give me more information on the role, that would be lovely. Thank you :)

Experienced, fun and loving nanny seeking a new role from summer 2018

Hello mums! :)

My name is Martina and I am currently looking for a new role as a live out nanny. At the moment, I work in central London, taking care of two girls aged 4 and 1,5, full time. I have been with this family for almost 4 years but due to their younger daughter starting a nursery soon, my working hours would need to change and unfortunately they would not suit me anymore.

I have an experience with children from newborn to the age of 13 from my permanent roles but also as an emergency nanny for several London based agencies. I am a qualified maternity practitioner, have a DBS check and first aid training along with other childcare related qualifications. I also have a child on my own, who is 5 and is in reception. My partner picks him up from school so I am flexible with a finish time at my job.

I consider myself as a very positive, energetic and organised person with a passion in what I do and a very appreciating attitude towards life and people. :) I am very interested in psychology and I currently study children psychology from home. I believe in a mutual respect between an adult and a child and I take my job as a childcare provider very seriously as I believe that early childhood is the most important part of our lives. Anything and anyone that surrounds our children, influences their personality and therefore their future. That's why I enjoy my job so much, because I get to positively influence our children's personalities and really have an impact on their lives.

As a nanny I am very loving, fun and fair. I believe that while giving children some safe and age appropriate freedom and choice, it is also important to give them our guidance and healthy boundaries. I encourage children in independence, kindness, appreciation and age appropriate responsibility while simply letting them be children and behave their age. For me, balance is important in every aspect.

I hope this gives you a little idea about me and if you like what you've just read, just PM me :)

I will look forward to hearing from you.

Martina
