Hi PopKitArch, I would say before selecting a cabinet maker to do the work, it's worth spending time fully designing the units, i.e. relative position in the house, sizes and all the inserts/layout required, internal (and external) lighting and finish/materials, resulting in a detailed set of technical drawings to build to. There is actually quite a bit to think about before the first piece of wood is cut.
