Nice. I like it. And somehow it's similar to photos my friend sent me from Singapore. He says that he's planning to buy an apartment in a big house right in the middle of Singapore. It's called Penrose condo, and it's luxury, I guess. It seems like it costs a hell lot of money. But still, I don't think it's as expensive as this one. I wonder, who will be the man who will buy an apartment for £13 million. It's too much. I can't imagine why people even buy so expensive stuff. It's a waste of money.

I think you mean square metres! 1040 square feet would mean all the bedrooms would pretty much literally be the size of a shoebox!
