Hi,

I am actually in the process of setting up my own homestaging company. I have over 12 years experience in valuing residential property in prime central London and south west London. I am also a KLC interior design student.

If you would like to have an initial chat, please do DM me. I am based just off the northcote road.

Best wishes.

I would recommend afflick.interiors@gmail.com. Nicole & Caryl can make any space look very inviting and are budget conscious. No property is too small or too large.

Can recommend Maria of Aquarius Homestaging. She will be a perfect fit as she does offer her service to occupied properties as well as vacant.

Contact info@aquariushomestaging.com

Good luck
Martin

Recommendations on house staging

by AS16 » Sun Jun 14, 2020 5:02 pm

Hi,

We're looking for some information and advice on cleaning up a property ahead of putting it up for sale. Don't want to do a full blown staging as we're still living there (with two young children), but keen to know thoughts on how people managed this? Are there any firms that can help with a low touch service with consultation and perhaps renting out of a few bits and bobs (mirrors, plants etc)?

Any suggestions or thoughts will be very welcome!

Many thanks
