We've used them twice and are really pleased with them. They are not as Glitzy as some of the other companies but this is reflected in the price. They have very solid teams and I would say are very trustworthy structurally. The only criticism I would have is that you need to be one step ahead of them if you want something different from the "standard". They are happy to do it but wouldn't necessarily come up with creative solutions like perhaps more expensive companies would. If you have a good idea of what you want (or a good architect/structural person) then this isn't an issue. They are also very good with after care and fixed post build cracks very quickly, no questions asked even though we had paid them in full by that point.
Overall we are very happy with them taking into account the slightly cheaper price we pay. The builder guys are really lovely too, which is especially important when you are living on site. So if you are on a bit more of a budget or you don't want to "waste" your money on the more glossy covered builders then these guys are for you. Feel free to PM me for more details if you want.
