I recently saw Paula Roberts at Neals Yard on the Northcote Road and I thought she was excellent. I was a few days overdue with my baby and was fed up. She was great, and reassured me that my baby was very happy where he was and correctly predicted he'd be staying put for another week which he did. I'd defiitely see her again. She works there in Thursdays. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

I'd second Jill at Nightingale Reflexology. She's lovely :)

Jill at Nightingale Reflexology is excellent. I have seen her for a year and she is brilliant with pregnant ladies. She comes to your house or you can see her at the Balham Osteopathic clinic by Harrison's. http://www.nightingalereflexology.co.uk

Sara Wood is fantastic. She works in the Awareness Centre on Abbeville Road, SW4 (so not far from Balham) and also does home visits. I used her in the second half of my pregnancy for reflexology and sometimes massage - I literally fell asleep during treatments it was so relaxing. She is also very lovely and supportive which is great during pregnancy.

FYI, Sara also does a very nice baby massage course.

Hi Laurie,

I don't know anyone, but if you check out the Merton & Wandsworth Complementary Health Register, that may help you.

(Just to be clear - they're not council-linked, but cover the boroughs of Merton & Wandsworth .)
I've been to a couple of the therapists (for EFT) and was very happy with them.

Hello,
I'm 31 weeks pregnant and would love to try reflexology. Can anyone recommend someone/ somewhere in the Balham area?
Thanks
