I’strongly recommend Back To Back osteopath on Garratt Lane. I’ve been going to James Dodd there for 20+ years and he’s a legend. He also uses physiotherapy and acupuncture

Andy Parker is a local osteopath with lots of back pain treatment expertise -

He's also really good at acupuncture - he sorted my rhinitis with a few pain-free sessions (I was part of his training group).

Our Osteopath at the Fairlee Wellbeing Centre has successfully helped 100’s of people with exactly the same back issues that you are describing.

Within the initial appointment he would look to understand the underlying causes and commence treatment so that you benefit from the very first visit.

There are more details at https://fairleewell.co.uk/treatment/osteopathy/

Or you can call us on 0800 098 8867

All the best

I would recommend four sides. They are local, have fantastic physios that helped me several times and they are also a great supporter of our school Bolingbroke.
Hope you get better soon!

Osteo recommendation for back pain please!

Can anyone recommend a good osteopath ideally locally but happy to travel a little for results.. One that they have used and seen good results from? I have been suffering on and off with back issues and want to try and sort without steriod injections if possible. If I should be trying anyone else other than an osteo please recommend. Open to anything at this painful stage.
