This is actually sick - for 12 years he was doing this.

The sentence is ridiculous and the fact that he has stepped down from the business and no longer has share is cop out. 

I'm surprised that the CPS don't appeal the sentence given the circumstances.  He'll be out in 20 weeks or so with remission as he admitted offence.
